Viewing one of the Russian sites, I recently found a little article claiming that music can affect our health improvement and deterioration. This sounds very interesting, and I decided to research how to effectively influence the music of our well-being.
What I found in blowing my mind, and I want to share with you.
Scientists around the world agree that music affects the hormones, which are directly linked to our emotions. If you think about it, you are influenced by music all the time. Think about the last time you were watching a horror movie. Remember how music really your heart race faster. Music doctors in Japan and China to help patients develop their own musical kit, where you can find disks with titles like "Liver", "Light", "migraine" or "Metabolism".
Now let me tell you about my most precious discoveries. Music can not only improve your overall health, it also may help you lose weight! The restaurant dinner, listening to Mozart helps to improve your metabolism and nutrition digestion. When you eat, and listen to pop or rock music, you automatically start eating faster. As a result, you will devour more difficult pieces for your stomach to digest food.
Which inevitably leads to extra pounds. "When we listen to classical music, subconsciously you get to luxury, wealth and sophistication", explains this phenomenon of psychology Dr. Adrian North. It improves our mood, and makes us take our time and is slowly enjoying food.
Exercise when listening to classical music can help you lose weight faster than fitness loud pop music. Why? Maybe because in the course of the experiment the first group of people to listen to music Vivaldi worked on the stationary bike for half an hour longer than the group who listened to pop music.
